Leave home tomorrow probably about noon...will go see Mum in hospital she still sounded pretty groggy last night so by tomorrow will be brigther I would think. Then have couple things to pick up in Ashburton around 4 not sure what time the movies start meeting girls to see hairspray.

I managed to get a 3 wheel buggy from trade me yesterday think it looks tidy enough for $10 save the kids bringing there big bulky one over in January...will have enough stuff to bring...mind u wont need clothes I have enough here 6-9 mths to sink a battle ship...and sti;ll more to collect hjave 5 parcels going to Chch some stuff to take some to keep here. Over the top comes to mind.

huge day yesterday

left here at 7 to take Mum to Timaru hospital for her op (complete knee reconstruction) this appointment has been changed so many times I have lost count. We were at Fairlie and hour from home another 3/4 to get to Timaru and my cell rings...where is Mrs Drummond I said in the loo actually oh she is suppose to be at hospital I said yes 12 oclock (this is 9.15) no says lady on phone 8.30...it was changed be a pity if someone had told us. Anyways after sorting she had not eaten etc told to get her there asap so I dropped her at hospital and literally run. My appointment was at 10. Rung at 8 last night she was groggy but ok and all went well as far as she knew...didnt take here to theatre till 3pm hhhhmmm glad it was a rush.

My appointment-well it si official I have a sore knee scan and xrays to prove it. So next step is to see if ACC will coff up for surgery. Try and avoid walking but biking is ok...i am sure pushing a pram with a grand daughter isnt considered walking...if I havent mentioned it recently I can say now its next week I go.

After appointment and grabbed a sandwich and some fruit from shops it was back hour and 3 quarter drag to home in time for work at 2..had time for a quick coffee and changed my clothes and off. As it happened it had been a busy day and it was full on from second I got there.

Had coffee with a mate after work she had yet another parcel for Miss Sarah Kate- thanks god it is only lite I would think its hand knitted as Pam is BEAUTIFUL knitter left there at 6.

Got home to a miracle- Husband had emptied the dishwasher. Then when I said we were having Sheperds pie for tea(had roast lamb night b4 and plenty of left over meat) he said where is the mincer and I'll do it...well after ya picked me up off the floor from shock I got mincer sorted and he minced to his heart content then peeled the spuds and I sat back and luved every minute of it. He also handed me an envelope with a card have a lovely holiday and 100 aussie dollars so I take back any nasties I said about him yesterday. I was really frilled...he does have a heart afterall.

right best get wiggle on and do the getting ready for work thing. Need the money I think I have a problem...I can't stop buying baby stuff. I really need to stop..I just paid for the trade I have won over last few days and it came to ALOT and the thing is how am I gonna get any more in the bloody bag...and have couple of things to collect in Chch too. I have to stop I will stop oh to hell with it who am I kidding I aint gonna stop heheh

ok a quick catch up quiet time b4 getting ready to go out for the evening and guess what the HUSBAND IS COMING TOO shock horror...well still time for him to pull out...he is having a rest just now and wouldnt surprise me in the least if he get up and says he doesnt feel up to going.

Week has been crap-have had 3 day ones and none of them I have been able to complete with out f**king up and eating badly. Have 11 days till Aussie so tomorrow I am going to make it thru have had 2 small walks today and just had some low fat yogurt and cereal so I hopefully will make good choices with food tonight. Managed a few 8k bike rides thru week so guess something is beter than nothing food has still been crap though need a slap on face.

Been to Timaru twice this week go again on Tuesday to see knee surgeon and drop Mum at hospital for her knee op it will be a drop and run situation cause I have to be at work at 2. Then ack to Timaru again Friday on my way to Christchurch for weekend. Another busyone

Planned on packing case today but hasnt happened-not that there is room for much clothing for me. But do need Chch clothes for 5 days.
Got a new BIGGER memory card for camera today will get a new tape for video camera in Chch, must do something about cell phone dail it now guess I'll be put in a que. well that was painless bloody expencive though so will only be using in emergency 85c to send txt but free to receive so that ok I guess now just need to print out the info he emailed me so I can remember all the numbers to add if I call home etc.

Had a lovely afternoon out with friends on Thurs-my friend Lyne was down fromCHch (she use to live here and moved up Chch March ish) Her Son and his partner and there 4 week old daugther Lyne Sharon and couple of others all went to lunch and sat nattering then at 2pm the cafe has Mothers Happy Hour...we didn't know about this..so we had a few more wines. But the bestest bit was I got to hold little Miss Ashlin Louise and she was so soft and warm and luvable I cried and also realise somehting all u guys probably already knew...pretty bloody obvious really my slip from my weight loss is cause I WANT TO SEE SARAH could explain the compulsive need to be buying pink too do you think dah dont need no scientist for that one. BUT I MUST STOP...bought another 12 auctions today but who could pass up $1 baby girl stuff NOT ME.

ok my 5 mins has turned into 30mins so best go wake himself and get showered and beautified for the evening.

I'm alive

have had a shit of a weekend and feel pretty rough(not health life)...have eaten out 4 times in a week so fat

Yesterday was husbands birthday had planned on making an effort but in end had to work untill 5 so it was roast pork jelly and icecream and the above cake...see I did make an effort. He was impressed with his train cake and candles so all was well except I ate TO MUCH I was 10 on Chris' list.

right got work in 30 mins and not even showered so best move my bum will fill you in on life issues in next day or two

feel like crap

got a headache from hell...glands are up...sore throat...freezing cold and my knee is burning and sore

Took me all my time to stagger home from work tonight and stagger I mean I felt like I was drunk took me 20 mins for a walk that normally take 10. Took 3 panadol the minute I walked in the door.

Off to bed with more panadol...hope I wake up feeling better tomorrow I have the kids till 3 then again at 6 for the night.

My day

Had doc appointment at 10 so after extra heavier than usual shower I walked to doc...waited till nearly 11 surprise surprise.

I have a mammogram on 21st Sept and when I rung to confirm she said did I have any concerns about my breasts as I have had a lump under my right arm for about 6 mths I said yeah I do-stupid thing to say cause I had to go get it looked at first-as I thought it was just a 'lump' doc squeezed it crap came out and its all good now. Have to go next week for another smear cause they couldnt get a clear sample and also have to have blood test for thiroid. After doc I rung to confirm mammy appointment for 21st..was told in case of call back you can't leave town for 3 weeks yeah that isnt possible I am out of country on 2nd staying in town isnt gonna happen I fibbed said I was only goning for couple of days over the weekend. If I have a call back it will have to WAIT.

After I walked to friends and we went to Omarama for lunch...had a YUMMY open chicken sandwich, beautifully presented and only $15. Wondered around shops for a while back home for a coffee. Then I had a meeting at 3.30 that was so so....then on to clean St John hall home again at 5.30 had cornedbeef cooking so put veges on and tea by 6.30. (was suppose to go to weight management but didnt)

Yesterday

Woke to grotty grey day and felt same-got a txt from friend and babtered txts back and forth I told her I wanted breakfast in bed 2 slices vogels bread 1 peanut butter and 1 vegemite and freshly squeezed orange juice...20 mins l8ta she knocked on door with just that I was thrilled really cheered me up. Wish I could get bloody fotos to go where I want them. After yummy breakfast and coffee we wnet round to her house to do the trade me thing...have talked her into joining and selling stuff she sold some pnats but didnt know what to do next. Walked home. Did some chores then posted a parcel. Got a txt from son...can I transfer money couldnt find his money card-hunted house aand can't find the bloody thing ANYWHERE. Went to Mums for coffee thought maybe card was there NOPE.

Home cooked most horrid puke for tea and blobbed-again.

Bought 3 frilly dresses on trademe(for a certain sweet someone-22 more sleeps but who is counting) on 1st Sept and still hasn't arrived-still lots of emails of promises they are on way but really getting pissed...$75 so better be here soon.

Himself has been in shed since he got home from work in long enough to eat tea doing scrap metal(oops just walked in the door)

NCIS is nearly finished so bed for me.

I slept like crap last night as well u can imagine-this morning I got up about 7.30 so much for my sleep in. Himself rose about 9 I was cool can't remember what he siad but it all came out we had a TALK well I talked he grunted...he did admit to not helping much and last time he cooked was years ago so we wll see what happens on those fronts. I apparently dont show any interest in his trains gee what am I suppose to do I listen to countless hours of train yabba and watch them go around the track most days oh well I will try. Told him I didnt think he wanted to be seen out with me. Told him I didnt think there was anything medically wrong it was all mental...he is depressed.
Brunt of it is I will go with him to doctor on Wed and he is not taking 5 days off work...he took today and tomorrow. We are going to eat better (in 10 days we had take aways 3 times-I worked fulltime this fortnight) and more exercise to get the good feeling endorphines working and he was gonna help in house. I suggested counsolling we will work on that he wasnt keen. I rung his boss and had a talk to him he was very understanding and agreed with me that he is depressed.
We cleaned house still a lot to do but we did manage to do it with out killing each other. At 2 he had fella come around to talk trains so I took the opportunity to get bike out dusted it down and went for a short ride...only did 6.5 k but shit it felt good. Came home made a batch of bran and apple muffins ate to many had a coffee then himself and I went for a short walk b4 news...we seen a couple of folks we know so I said see ppl talk 2 ya if ya leave the house.

We came home he helped cook tea ( well he stirred the pot so it didnt burn but guess baby steps in all departments of life) We shifted his bed so it didnt bang on wall EVERYTIME he turned over so he might get a more restful sleep I know I bloody will and then we sat TOGETHER in same room and watched KINKY BOOTS gr8 movie recommend it, now have it taping so Mum can watch it. He has gone to bed now I have jsut loaded some pics on trade me listings and am off to bed myself. But wanted to report in b4 bed-have the kids tomorrow so wont be much time for updating them.

I have been hobbling around here for weeks and had stinking head cold complete with NOSE for nearly 2 weeks and what have I been doing u got it working every day...Himself gets 5 days off cause he doesnt wanna work with the new fella that starts monday...aparently he has been 'sick' for days yeah right Lazy bastard wouldnt know work if it bit him on the arse. I am so wild I was very close to walking...where was I to go havnt even got petrol in car bank is $100 over the over draft and $3.36 left on credit card we are FUCKED big time
There goes my going to Sydney how can I possibly go now and Tauranga wil be out of question..he wont have anymore time off good mind to go on my bloody own
Have already demolished about 300gms cheese. Feel like getting pissed. Shaking I am so wild. Really helps my staying focussed and getting on track.

Mum's surgery for knee replacement has been postponed AGAIN this is forth change(we changed once because it was to be done day b4 70th party) now booked for 25th Sept REALLY inconvienet I can't take that day off work so will have to drive Mum 4hr round trip to hospital and then back here for work. Just drop her and leave her. But no one to bring her home cause couple days later I go to Chch then on to Sydney AND I AM NOT CHANGING THAT for no one. Not sure what she'll do BUT it actually isnt my problem and I am not sure why I am the one doing the organising others have to find there own way so I am thinking of leaving it to Mother.

Also means I will have to change my knee appointment and I have now got an appointment for a mamogram which I have to change cause working the day it is booked. There are a couple of ohters going for boob squash on 21st Sept so might make mine then and 3 of us can travel together and make a day of it..I'll fit my knee in then too. Another month not knowing what it happening with knee.

Have the kids today probably be about last time there parents have sold the business so I wont have the kids same I guess...will miss them.

House looks like a bomb has gone off Hubby is still working on train room so WHOLE house is disrupted...only room there isnt stuff piled up is bathroom. Trouble is one he is finish train room I want to start on spare room and paint it for baby coming over in Jan so will be different piles of crap...some will be dropped at rubbish dump I can tell u.

Ok must make a move get dressed kids will be here anytime soon and guess gorgie will be snotty she usually is when her dad dropps her off.
