damn blast shit and bugger
I feel like crap...stinking bloody head cold. runny nose streaming eyes pounding head...do I need a doctor nah I can tell I have a head cold.
Had hair spooffed up again this afternoon before going to Mums afternoon tea...got a phone call to say my girlfriend was in town so meet up for drinks at 5 then onto Dinner for Mum she is 70 today. By end of night I really felt like crap. Ate badly drank 3 wines but also had LOADS of water.
Have the kids tomorrow so hope they are good but suspect Miss will be stratchy cause she has the cold too.
Going to make a big pot of Minestrone Soup tomorrow and restart the weight loss task.
A little over 5 weeks to Aussie so I am going to make the best effort I can to be lighter.
Starting with sleep now nite all.

Awwww that sucks... I hope the kids behave for you mate.... the last thing you will feel like is naughty noisy kids eh? Hope you can get rid of the cold quickly.

Hope you're feeling better soon. It's hard to concentrate on exercise and good eating when you feel vile!
