Just spent probably an hour posting a long message and have lost it, so here goes again.

Came home with a bueat head cold so have felt pretty miserable all week pretty much home from work and tea and bed so haven't updated blog.

Our weekend went well. The hotel upgraded us to a suite...pays to mention 10th anniversaries, it was very plush. Much better than the Millenium in Queenstown...we will be staying there again. Nice comfy bed managed to get there just on midnight. Woke to a lovely day about 8am, breakkie cooked with way more than I needed. Off to meet Mum and Aunty at Barrington Mall at 10. Eye appointment went well glasses for reading and compter work, when I remmber to put them on which I haven;t now. Was to meet a msn contact at 11 but she never showed, found out when I got home that she was rushed to hospital Friday night poor kid, she is home now and on the mend. So managed to visit the warehouse got a few bits. Over to Brighton Beach for an hour walk. Then to catch up with a girl friend, was lovely to catch up. Back to hotel for shower and getting all prettied all up. Something made me phone the theatre and bugger me if it wasn't cancelled for the night. I was jsut so disapointed and annoyed. Went to dinner at hotel restaruant very nice if not a bit pricey. What to do for the evening now...we walked to the tram terminal and were going to go on it but at $12.50 each they can keep it. So back to hotel room what now rung town hall but no reply so walked over to town hall nt far but still in heels remember. Nothing on there except Harmen Gosip Choir not really me, back to hotel. Sat and had a blub and a sulk all that organising and money and effort what a fizzer. Well all that and we sat in hotel room to watch TV2. Walked around to Strawberry Fare about 9 for very devilish desert that was devine. Back to room and watch the fireworks from our room 9th floor great veiw. Woke about 7.30 went down to breakfast, hubby stayed in bed, had another cooked breakfast then off to the pool. Did 20mins aqua joging then went to the steam room then spa it was heavanly by then it was nearly 10 so back to pool for aqua aerobics a good work out, then back to the spa for a while...all in all in pool 2.5 hours, walked back to hotel wind was a bit cold and wet hair of course that isn't when I got this cold nah never. Hubby and I went to bike shopt and put my bike on layby, bought the Duathlon special bike great. Over to Eastgate Mall did a couple of hours retail therapy all up 500 bucks damage to the credit card. Meet some WW contacts at Brighton had a 2 hour walk very nice and great to meet these gals. Back to hotel showered and dress for dinner at Oxford on Avon all u can eat slop not recommended. Took hubby to Town Hall for Jo Cocker show bought him a tshirt good crowd. While hubby was at show I went to visit another girlfriend we have been mates since first yr at school been thru thick and thin. Had a nce visit back to hotel packed bags etc and tidied up a bit, no wonder our house is always a pit when ya see the state our suite was in after jsut 3 days. Walked back to town hall to collect hubby just as crowd were departing some very happy faces. Back to hotel, I wanted to go for a coffee somewhere but hubby wasn't keen. I woke with sniffles Monday morning so made a very hard call not to go to pool again, had brekkie and clocked out hotel holiday was offically over back to reality. Did the grocery shopping picked Mum up from Aunties. Met a friend at Hornby Mall and coffee with her for an hour or so. Then over to another friends and away from Hornby about 4.30. A long hot ride home. Pulled in Mums gate just on 10pm.

Work and back to normal Tuesday Morning.

Right it is now 10.30 and time for me to be in my bed. Have a full on week at work oh shit just thought I didn't have my bloody tablet. Night all...still raining.
