Day off yuppee
Weighed in this morning stayed the same AGAIN getting sick of this. I am not going to give up but I NEED to knuckle down and get more serious.
So from now until Monday I am going to be very good. Why Monday because I go and see the dietican I really want to have at least a wee change in nearly 2 mths.
So today things have been ok.
Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
Had 2 slices of fruit bread and banana
Coffee x2
lunch becasue I was in a meeting and had to grab'something'
3 lge salada crackers
tomato
banana
Tea will be
roast beef
green beans
kumara
corn on cob
Went for 30 min walk.
Tomorrow Friday
Breakfast
1/2 grapefruit
Porridge with sultanas
baked beans and egg
Lunch
